Quirk holds extensive experience in cultivating influential relationships to advance strategic alliances across individual and professional platforms. She joins the Quadrant team after spending the last 15 years serving in leadership roles in the higher education and philanthropic nonprofit sectors. During her eleven-year tenure at Lafayette College (Easton, PA), she directed high-profile event management strategy and comprehensive donor engagement programs. Most recently, Quirk led United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley’s frontline fundraising team to record-breaking goals for the Tocqueville Society for two consecutive years amassing over $20 million in funding dedicated to local life-changing services in education, healthy aging and mental health.
